![]() It is worth noting that swimming, jogging and treadmill sims gained no muscle. Swimming lost weight was somewhere around maybe like 35% body fat. Jogging was pretty good too but not quite as good as the treadmill. ![]() It is annoying, but yeah if you own a treadmill just make them use it twice a week for 2 hours and they should be able to eat pretty much anything. After doing three 3 hour treadmill sessions the treadmill runner had gone from 50% body fat size (the default of the control sim I used) to somewhere around 20% body fat. Treadmill is the hands down winner, honestly I did a two day test in game that consisted of three training sessions, 3 hours each, i timed them by the jogger doing three laps. Jogging, treadmill and swimming will all burn fat and not build muscle. ![]() tested the slippy slide, yoga, treadmill, jogging, swimming, boxing, weights and how they burn fat and build muscle for sims. I literally just did a hard fitness/yoga test yesterday.
